To capture the beautiful colors in photos and film special tools are needed. A simple solution to recover the colors when photographing or filming in tropical blue water is placing a color correction filter on your underwater housing.

There are different names used for underwater color correction filters:

• A color correction filter (clear) blue water is also a red filter or red color filter.
• A color correction filter (bright) green water is also called a magenta filter or magenta / purple color filter.
